Early evening on Saturday 6/25, the best-dressed musician that’s visited the station arrived for his load-in. Jon Marko of Des Moines indie rock band Gold Lotus joined us in the KURE studio for an acoustic performance of songs you can expect to hear on the band’s debut album, which is currently in production. This was a music-intensive session, with Jon performing eight songs (including an impromptu cover of the King of Pop!) in a little over half an hour. Check it out!
